Responsibility (according to the statute § 8 (1) as of 31.05.2005
The Board of Directors supervises the legality, expedience and economy of the management of the Foundation's transactions. It decides in the cases agreed in the statute and in all cases of basic or particular importance, especially about:
a) the budget,
b) development and expansion plans, financial and investment programs,
c) general rules on the implementation of the economy plan,
d) real estate and construction matters,
e) the establishment, modification and closing of departments upon the suggestion of the board of managers,
f) amendments to the statute and
g) the dissolution of the Foundation.
