Executive Board

The Board members are:

Director (a medical director at the Central Institute of Mental Health) as Chairman of the Board and Administrative Director as administrative member of the Board


Responsibility (according to the statute § 10 (2) as of 31.05.2005 and the Board's rules of procedure § 3 as of 17.11.2005:

The Board manages the Foundation. It decides on all matters, unless stated otherwise in the statute, and is responsible for the ongoing business. It prepares Supervisory Board resolutions and implements them.


The central tasks of the Board include:

• Structure and development planning
• Resolution on the passing of the budget plan
• Resolution on the financial statements
• Production of the Annual Report
• Space, investment and equipment planning
• Nursing and other agreements with the cost units
• Distribution of the material, investment and personnel budget on the departments
• Target agreements with the Heads of Departments
