It is one of the legally anchored tasks of the staff council to be available for giving employees advice. The contents of the conversations are subject to confidentiality. The advice given by the staff council represents employee information based on the principles of labor law.
The equal opportunity appointee (BfC) and his deputy see to it – in accordance with the Equal Opportunity Act regulations (the law giving the same opportunities to men and women in the civil service of the state of Baden-Württemberg) – that equal opportunity takes place and is complied with, and also support the Institute’s management in its implementation.
The severely handicapped representation is involved in promoting the working life and interests of severely handicapped persons in the workplace. It ensures that laws, ordinances, collective agreements, etc. are implemented.
The addiction service agreement that the staff council has worked out with the executive board has existed at ZI since 2008. Here, it is also stipulated who provides advice to the employees in question. The task of BAS is to conduct counseling interviews with the affected persons to make them aware of their therapeutic options.
ZI employees can get advice through the staff representation and allow to be represented by it. The Intranet has additional and supplementary information for ZI employees under staff representation (INTERNAL).
