Building Site Information

Live picture from the construction site

Impairments as low as possible

Like any major construction site, the work on our new building in J 4 will cause some inconvenience for all those living in the vicinity - our neighbours, patients and staff. In particular, we will experience increased noise and more dust than usual. Approximately 20 parking spaces will be lost in the construction area (see construction site plan below).

Together with the general contractor VAMED, the CIMH will ensure that all construction phases are accompanied by as little inconvenience as possible. For example, the demolition of the old farm building is being carried out with the help of concrete shears - this is the quietest technology available.

In addition, we will regularly inform you here about upcoming work and unavoidable restrictions. In this way, we would like to make transparent what is currently happening on the construction site and when particularly intensive phases will also be completed.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Working hours

Construction work is carried out regularly at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For special, urgent work such as concreting, working hours may be extended on a selective basis.

We try to limit work in the evenings and on Saturdays as much as possible.

Construction site plan

Access and exit to the construction site will be via the road between J 3 and J 4. In order to continue to allow passage, parking spaces will be eliminated between these two squares.
