About me

I have a PhD in neuroscience and am a psychological psychotherapist. I have been researching resilience for several years and am delighted to continue this work at the CIMH in Michèle Wessa's research group. In our EU project XR²esilience, we are conducting a longitudinal study to examine the resilience of nursing professionals. This professional group in particular faces many challenges and experiences a great deal of stress their work life. Since we all might need health care at some point in our life, our team is committed to strengthening the resilience of nursing professionals, but also to learn from nurses with respect to what keeps them mentally healthy in their everyday working lives.

 

Bianca holds a Bachelor degree in Biological Psychology and a Research Master degree in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience, with a specialisation in neuropsychology. She holds a PhD in psychology and is a licensed psychotherapist (CBT).
