Job Description
In the course of studies Applied Computer Science Computer Science and Application Knowledge meet. The latest scientific methods and information technologies result in complex solutions that transcend the boundaries of computer hardware and software. They include entrepreneurial and technical processes, the delimitation of areas of responsibility and specifics of the respective field for which solutions are developed.
In the Applied Computer Science course, students acquire sound knowledge in the fields of computer science, business administration and intercultural communication. You will learn how to help shape and develop future IT systems and applications. Theoretically and practically integrated, you will be prepared to participate in and lead cross-company and cross-national IT projects. The dual study programme also focuses on the structure and function of a computer system and the secure operation of computer networks. Further central topics are application-specific programming languages, operating systems and database technologies.
