About me
Annasara is an Italian PhD student enrolled on the IZN programme. She received her BSc in Biotechnology and her MSc in Neurobiotechnology from the University of Trento, Italy. She first joined the Ladewig group on a postgraduate fellowship and was immediately drawn to the 3D technology used to explore neuroscience.
She is currently working on alcohol addiction with cerebral organoids and investigating the nature of basal radial glia cells in a 2D model. She is excited about research and eager to learn. She also loves cats, nature, sports, good company, good food and wine. In Mannheim, she satisfies her passion for mountains by hiking and climbing with friends.
