About me
Anne is a bioinformatician and data scientist who works in the Koch and Ladewig groups. She has an MSc in Biology and completed her PhD at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich, where she developed a keen interest in high-throughput sequencing and data analysis.
Since joining the lab in April 2019, she has supported a wide range of projects, focusing on analysing high-throughput sequencing and high-content microscopy data, as well as tackling other computational challenges at the intersection of biology and informatics.
