Anne is a bioinformatician/data scientist working in the Koch and Ladewig groups. She holds an MSc in Biology and obtained her doctorate at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich, where she first developed her strong interest in high-throughput sequencing and data analysis.
Since joining the lab in April 2019, she has been supporting a wide range of projects, focusing on the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data, high-content microscopy data, and other computational challenges at the interface of biology and informatics.
