About me
After graduating from the University of Mainz (M.Sc. Psychology) and several years in resilience research, I'm excited to continue this work as a research associate at the ZI, where I'll be involved in two projects:
- StaR_MHI identifies factors linked to university students' mental health to inform the development of suitable interventions.
- Moonshot, a German-Japanese cooperation, explores intercultural factors that strengthen resilience.
Our shared goal is to identify predictors of mental health, and to further develop resilience interventions. One of the interventions we'll adapt was developed during my previous research at the Leibniz Institute for Resilience Research, so I'm happy to see this work continue.
Alongside my scientific work, I'm training as a psychotherapist in cognitive behavioral therapy, which allows me to combine my research with clinical practice.
