Tobias Banaschewski honored for research on ADHD

Tobias Banaschewski has been honored with the Eunethydis Lifetime Achievement Award for his many years of outstanding commitment to improving the lives of people with ADHD.

The European Network on ADHD (Eunethydis) has presented Prof. Dr. Dr. Tobias Banaschewski with the Lifetime Achievement Award. With this award, Eunethydis recognizes the outstanding career of the Medical Director of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the CIMH and his efforts to improve the lives of people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and their families.

Inspiration and encouragement

The Lifetime Achievement Award is the network's highest recognition. The prize is awarded for sustained, fundamental and outstanding contributions to ADHD and associated mental disorders. Tobias Banaschewski accepted the award at the network meeting in Cagliari on October 9, 2024.

Eunethydis is an international research network whose aim is to promote high quality science on ADHD and its impact on society, in which excellent clinical and basic science researchers worldwide collaborate on a long-term basis in a spirit of openness, trust and mutual support.
