Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) / Supplier Code of Conduct
The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (the Supply Chain Act for short) requires companies and institutions such as CIMH to establish a complaints procedure and take responsibility for its supply chains. This is to ensure that supply chains are ethical and environmentally friendly. It enables affected individuals to point out human rights violations, environmental damage and other negative impacts along the supply chain.

Report violations of supply chain law
You can draw attention to human rights violations, environmental damage and other negative impacts along the supply chain.
What can be reported?
- Human rights violations: If you have information about human rights violations along a supply chain, such as child labor, forced labor or discrimination, you can report it. This helps expose abuses and advocate for change.
- Environmental impacts: If you are aware of environmental damage caused by supply chain activities, you can report this. For example, this could be water pollution, deforestation, or irresponsible waste disposal.
- Health and safety concerns: if you have information about unsafe working conditions, lack of health care, or safety violations related to products or services, reporting is important to minimize hazards.
- Lack of transparency: If there is insufficient transparency about supply chain practices, you can report this.
How can you report?
Please use our reporting form. In the complaint procedure, precautions are taken to ensure the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting persons and the protection of their personal data. Anonymous use of the procedure is also possible. No personal data is collected in the process. The tips are processed by the responsible staff of the CIMH.
