Report Legal Violations
Compliance management at CIMH
Our self-conception and claim at CIMH is that employees always act in an ethically and legally impeccable manner. We respect the dignity, integrity and right to self-determination of our patients, are committed to good scientific practice and conduct our business relationships without any doubts about the integrity of the CIMH. It is also part of this self-conception that all employees observe the relevant legal regulations and internal guidelines at all times and carry out their work with a special sense of responsibility.
Please use our reporting form. In the reporting procedure under the Whistleblower Protection Act, precautions are taken to ensure the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting persons and the protection of their personal data. It is also possible to use the procedure anonymously. No personal data is collected in the process. The reports are processed by the compliance staff of the CIMH.
Which events or suspicious cases can be reported?
Please report any incidents or suspected incidents that may constitute a possible violation of laws or internal company regulations. Our goal is to consistently detect and prosecute violations of our principles of conduct or procedural and business instructions as well as punishable offences.
Serious breaches of the rules are, for example
- Corruption offences/bribery/venality
- Misuse of confidential information
- Personal advantages or benefits from business partners, suppliers or other third parties
- Thefts
- Offences against physical integrity and sexual self-determination
We take all reports seriously and treat them confidentially. Employees who report do not have to fear disciplinary measures or other sanctions. However, we do not tolerate deliberately false reports.
