Mindfulness Advanced
Mindfulness is a scientifically grounded method to strengthen mental resilience and reduce stress. This course is designed for participants who already have a basic understanding of mindfulness and want to deepen their practice. It focuses on the connection between mindfulness, physical symptoms, emotions, and energy centers to support long-term personal well-being.
Description
The 6 weeks mindfulness course will have one session of 90 min every week.
Each session includes:
- 30 minutes of introduction and group discussion
- 30 minutes of gentle yoga and breathing exercises
- 30 minutes of mindful body scanning

Benefits of Mindfulness - Scientific research has shown that mindfulness offers numerous benefits, including improved sleep quality, enhanced focus, better stress management, reduced impact of physical and emotional pain, faster recovery from illness, slower aging, effective weight management, and more.
By the end of the 6 weeks - You should be able to develop your own mindfulness practice and integrate it in your daily routine.
General Guidelines - For best practice
- Wear comfortable clothes during the session and make yourself comfortable.
- Avoid consuming any stimulants (e.g. caffeine) at least 2 hours before the session.
- Avoid eating more than half of your usual portion before the session.
Target group
All employees of the ZI.
The course is intended for intermediate mindfulness practitioners with at least 100 hours of experience in mindfulness or yoga, or for those who have completed the Mindfulness Essentials course.
