About me

Christy is pursuing a PhD in the Interdisciplinary Center for Neurosciences Graduate Program at Universität Heidelberg. For her research project, she is investigating changes in neurons associated with psychiatric diseases, using cells derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells. She previously completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Hons) at McMaster University in Canada, followed by a joint Master's degree in Neuroscience at Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
