About me
As a physicist working in the Maternal Behaviour Group, I focus on decoding rodent behaviour based on neural, video and audio data. I utilise my experience in machine vision, physics, and industrial quality inspection to advance automation and data processing within our group.
I also aim to pass on my programming, coding and machine learning expertise to our students, equipping them to utilise a broader range of tools developed by the wider community. I hope that my work will facilitate new discoveries in biology and earn me a PhD.
If you are interested in machine learning with regard to rodents, or if you would like to discuss an experimental setup, please send me an email.
