Luisa Diesbach and Christina Diamantopoulou have successfully completed their dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Health Management. During their three years at the CIMH, both of them got to know many different departments and were thus able to optimally combine their theoretical knowledge acquired at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Mannheim with practical experience.

Valuable practical experience gained

During her "journey through the CIMH", Luisa Diesbach was able to gain valuable experience in quality management, human resources, financial accounting, patient management and most recently also in corporate development, make important contacts and deepen her understanding of many processes at the CIMH. Her bachelor's thesis dealt with the introduction of a digital patient portal in a psychiatric facility and examined the added value of such a portal. She sees the alternation between practical phases and university phases in the dual study programme as a good preparation for working life.

In the past three years, Christina Diamantopoulou has worked in the Finance Department, the Human Resources Department and in the Communication and Media Department (KuM), among others. At KuM she also wrote her bachelor's thesis, which deals with the values communicated in the employer campaign einzigartigwir. She particularly looks back fondly on the rounds she was allowed to take part in during her time at the CIMH, where she came into direct contact with patients.

Graduation ceremony

In recognition of her achievements, a graduation ceremony was held last week with the Board of Directors and the managers of the departments she has passed through. After the official part, they went to a restaurant for dinner. In a relaxed atmosphere, they were able to review their stations at the CIMH in conversation.

Luisa Diesbach will continue to work at the CIMH and support the finance department as controller. Christina Diamantopoulou will take up an external position in personnel recruiting in October.

We sincerely thank both of them for their dedicated support and wish them much success for the future.
